About the team:
We are creating an analytics system for the company's R&D divisions — from MVP to a full-fledged product that will become the foundation for managing the development portfolio. Our goal is not just to collect metrics, but to provide teams and management with tools for forecasting timelines, analyzing deviations, and making informed decisions based on data. We operate at the intersection of product, data, and development processes, bringing together R&D teams with different stacks and approaches into a unified ecosystem of transparency.
What you will be doing:
- Developing the analytics system for the company's product portfolio and development projects from the MVP stage, including defining goals, collecting and formulating requirements, creating technical specifications, controlling timelines, resources, and risks.
- Promoting the product within the company, training users, collecting product metrics, gathering feedback, and ensuring the tool is actually used in decision-making and improving business indicators.
- Supporting the implementation of the tool in development teams, developing recommendations for usage and integrating the tool according to team needs.
- Ensuring effective communication with stakeholders (system users), executors (IT departments), and management.
- Coordinating interactions and ensuring the effective work of multiple involved teams on the project to achieve project goals and improve business indicators.
- Preparing presentation materials and project reports.
We expect from the future team member:
- Higher education in product/project management, information technology, or a related field.
- Product Manager experience of at least 3 years (preferably in B2B or internal products/tools).
- Experience managing large-scale projects involving multiple teams, collecting and analyzing project and product metrics.
- Structured and systematic thinking — the ability to see the whole picture: from raw data to strategic C-level decisions, a persistent and positive attitude towards changes and problems, decisiveness.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, ability to speak in both business and developer languages.
- Ability to negotiate, propose, and implement non-standard solutions to problems.
- Experience working with systems: Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, PowerPoint, BI.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and the full lifecycle of SW and HW product development.
- Preferably experience implementing BI solutions or analytics systems.
