We are looking for a Product Lead to develop the Loyalty product.
A loyalty program based on a CDP is more than just points and promotions. The platform integrates all online and offline communications, helps coordinate them, and increases efficiency.
The main challenge for the coming year: to find growth areas in a mature product, so that our clients can effectively manage their loyalty programs and grow their business metrics.
You will be responsible for:
- Results. Your key success metrics as a product person are the success stories clients write as a result of working with the product, and the growth in the number of clients in the target segment.
- Product strategy: shaping the vision, 1–2 year roadmap, and finding growth points in the product.
- Product Discovery and delivery management.
- Team management. Providing feedback to development: engineers understand and share the product vision. Mentoring and management of the product function: feedback, hiring, separations.
We expect:
- Experience with loyalty programs or B2B SaaS (retail/ecommerce): deep understanding of the domain.
- Experience with analytics and metrics: have calculated the success of a loyalty program and made data-driven decisions.
- Hands-on work: have launched epics, communicated directly with clients and development.
