Hello everyone! 🚗 We have an open vacancy for a Senior Product Manager at Drom.

Drom is an automotive classifieds site where buyers look for cars and sellers post ads. The product's value is created at the single point of contact between them. Our new product manager will be responsible for growing these very contacts.

What you'll be doing:

• Be responsible for the key product metric - the number of contacts between buyers and sellers.
• Identify systemic growth points in a mature product: from search result relevance to communication mechanics between users.
• Lead initiatives end-to-end: from hypothesis and experiment to scaling.
• Transform strategy into a roadmap and measurable results.

Who we're looking for:

• 4+ years in a product manager role with experience in owning a key metric.
• Experience in managing a major digital product at full cycle.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify cause-and-effect relationships in user behavior.
• Technical background - required.

By the way, you'll be able to work remotely across Russia, but the workday will need to start no later than 05:00 Moscow time, as most of the team is located in Vladivostok.
