Product Manager (Senior, Fintech, B2B)
The vacancy is open within the DataScope product team, which solves tasks for our clients in the area of e-commerce website verification. The product helps minimize client risks by monitoring the clients of acquiring banks for compliance with the bank's internal control rules and payment system regulations.
Currently, we are strengthening the product team and looking for an expert who will be responsible for the development of the entire product and work directly with the CEO.
What you will be doing:
- Define strategy and vision: formulate where and why the product is heading; explain the product concept to the team and business, considering the market and user needs;
- Plan development (roadmap): create short-term and long-term plans; prioritize tasks so that those with the highest business value are completed first;
- Manage backlog and development: turn ideas into clear tasks with understandable acceptance criteria; participate in sprint planning, grooming sessions, and assess risks together with team leads;
- Work with metrics: define key performance indicators, collect data, and based on it, identify "bottlenecks" and growth points;
- Research and implement new things: communicate with users (CustDev), test hypotheses, study trends, and prepare documentation (prototypes, scenarios) for new features;
- Analyze competitors: monitor market players, compare features, and propose solutions that will make our product stronger;
- Interact with stakeholders: gather requirements from the business, present successes and plans to management, building a transparent communication process between teams.
We are looking for a specialist who:
- Has relevant experience in managing IT B2B products for 3-5 years and has worked on more than one product;
- Has experience working with external products in the Russian market;
- Has worked with products in the field of KYC / AML / scoring or counterparty verification — this will be a significant advantage;
- Has a deep understanding of the fintech market and industry trends;
- Is able to make data-driven decisions and work with the product through metrics;
- Knows various development methodologies and tools;
- Has a higher technical education (IT) or education in business and marketing.
