Description
The blockchain technology implementation and development team for corporate lending is a highly skilled unit, established within the Bank's Credit Products and Processes Department to execute traditional credit processes using innovations in the fields of digital financial assets (DFA) and decentralized finance (DeFi) on Sber's proprietary blockchain platform.
Responsibilities
- create and adapt corporate lending products on bloсkchain, related to digital financial assets, smart contracts, securitization, cryptocurrencies, and tokenized assets
- develop and launch comprehensive blockchain products using real-world assets (RWA), digital currency, and tokenized credit flows as collateral
- adapt traditional credit processes and products
- design the integration logic for credit events with smart contracts
- form and update the product vision at the intersection of finance and digital assets
- plan and prioritize the backlog, synchronizing releases with other teams and stakeholders
- clearly demonstrate the team's results to internal and external stakeholders
- identify and minimize conflicts/dependencies with other products
- guarantee the product's compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of DFA and financial services
- control the level of cybersecurity and reliability of the blockchain platform's operation
- create strategic concepts and business models for financial products based on DeFi
- full-cycle product management: from idea and prototype (MVP) creation to launch and development.
Requirements
- higher education in economics, finance, mathematics.
- work experience in structuring credit deals and complex financial products (syndicated loans, securitization, derivatives) in a bank, investment company, or fintech.
- practical experience interacting with DFAs and DeFi protocols and understanding their mechanics
- knowledge of the digital asset market and regulatory trends
- will be an advantage: successful cases of launching or implementing DeFi products; experience in corporate lending.
- experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in large companies/the banking sector or with blockchain projects from 3 years
- usage of AI.
