Description

Implementation and development of blockchain technologies team in corporate lending is a highly qualified unit created within the Bank's Credit Products and Processes Department to implement traditional credit processes using innovations in the field of digital financial assets (DFA) and decentralized finance (DeFi) on Sber's own blockchain platform. A team that creates and launches a new generation of credit products at the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

• writing product methodology related to digital financial assets in corporate lending

• optimizing internal business processes and developing the company's product portfolio

• forming and substantiating business cases for new product initiatives

• managing the full product life cycle (PLC) from idea to market launch and post-release support

• close work with sales and customer service teams for successful product implementation

• implementation and control of compliance with regulations, instructions, and policies

• effective communication with all stakeholders (from top management to performers) to synchronize goals and ensure support for changes

• preparing presentations and reports for management

• working with corporate clients on customized solutions: complex structures, non-standard collateral

• strategic interaction with risk management, treasury, legal service, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements

Requirements:

• higher education in economics, management, business informatics or a related field

• work experience of 3+ years in a similar role: product methodologist, business analyst, process optimization manager

• deep understanding of the principles and methods of business process management

• knowledge of the basics of product management

• advanced big data skills

• strong project management skills

• experience in developing regulatory documentation.
