Responsibilities
- research of banking market trends in Russia and worldwide
- searching for product insights
- analysis and assessment of current offerings and business models
- preparation of analytical materials and visualization of results for top management
- participation in developing metrics for managing the efficiency of banking products.
Requirements
- higher education (finance, economics, or related disciplines)
- at least 1 year of work experience in a similar role in consulting or the banking sector is mandatory
- understanding of banking products (deposits, savings accounts, loans, fee-based products)
- presentation design skills for creating clear and understandable presentations
- analytical thinking, structured approach to problem-solving, and ability to work with large volumes of information
- ability to work in a team and clearly formulate conclusions
- English proficiency at the level of reading foreign research is an advantage
- experience with AI tools.
