The team for the implementation and development of blockchain technologies in corporate lending is a highly qualified unit created within the Bank's Credit Products and Processes Department to implement traditional lending processes using innovations in the field of digital financial assets (DFAs) and decentralized finance (DeFi) on Sber's own blockchain platform. The team that creates and brings to market a new generation of credit products at the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain.
writing process-product methodology related to digital financial assets in corporate lending
designing methods and models for interaction between bank departments, analyzing risks and developing strategies to minimize them when making changes to existing corporate lending processes
creating and updating regulatory documents, regulations and methodology for ensuring the quality functioning of collateral examination processes in terms of real estate, assets and business valuation
coordinating the developed expert methodology with external units, carrying out activities to approve the methodology
adjusting related regulatory documents on corporate lending taking into account legislative restrictions
submitting methodological issues for approval to the CPCI (Credit Products and Processes Committee)
implementing and optimizing end-to-end processes for the issuance, accounting and circulation of digital assets
developing legal and regulatory acts, draft contracts and agreements
developing and updating methodological standards, regulations and business processes for new products related to DeFi
formulating detailed functional and business requirements for IT development and process automation
analyzing and optimizing end-to-end lending business processes with the integration of digital solutions
participating in the formation of product financial models and assessing their methodological soundness
supporting implementation projects from the perspective of compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
higher education in economics, finance, mathematics or IT
work experience in banks or financial organizations of at least 3 years
work experience in methodology development units for DFA, TB (Transaction Banking)
work experience in corporate lending
knowledge of the Bank's VND system and experience in writing and approving them
knowledge of credit processes and products, all credit and related VNDs
building process diagrams in Aris
ability to analyze large volumes of data, formulate conclusions and recommendations based on the results obtained.
