Responsibilities
- Control: monitoring the achievement of targets, controlling compliance with work standards for SMB segment employees
- Optimization: conducting analysis of the effectiveness of implemented projects and processes, preparing and implementing proposals for optimization
- Resource management: allocation/reallocation of target benchmarks, participation in the business planning process, effective interaction with related departments
- Team: training, mentoring, and methodological support for employees on services and products
- Clients and service: identifying operational risks in servicing corporate clients, developing and monitoring the implementation of measures to eliminate them; analyzing the client base for acquisition, setting priorities, expanding the base for acquisition
- Products: developing sales of payroll projects and ecosystem services.
Requirements

- ability to plan and act effectively in a multitasking environment
- experience in operational quality will be an advantage
- fluent knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint
- high speed of processing and ability to structure large volumes of information
