Our team is looking for a coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Organizing and facilitating four working groups as a secretary (preparing materials, conducting meetings, monitoring implementation of decisions)
- Preparing and supporting commissions: collecting documents from counterparties, conducting meetings, compiling reports
- Extracting data from accounting systems, performing primary analysis and visualization in presentations
- Monitoring tasks and timely preparation of reports for management.
Requirements
- Work experience as a business analyst, shift supervisor or first-line IT support, or secretary to an IT manager - from 1.5 years
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a multitasking mode
- Confident PC skills, experience with accounting systems and presentation tools
- Fluent oral and written communication skills, strong communication skills.
