The Center for Development and Performance Management is looking for a Business Partner to support the "Corporate and Investment Business" unit.
Responsibilities
- organize work related to developing strategy for priority goals
- manage team performance, interact with the management of HQs, TB, CA
- establish, together with the team, a business rhythm and regular management processes
n* analyze deviations from the plan, develop measures to optimize the unit's performance indicators
- formulate change initiatives aimed at achieving results
- develop proposals and measures for the management to improve operational efficiency
- participate in the business planning process, forecasting, and monitoring of unit budgets together with HQs, TB, CA.
Requirements
- higher education in economics, management, or related fields
- deep understanding of modern methods and technologies of management accounting and performance monitoring
- confident command of professional analytical tools
