Description
SberData is responsible for developing the data platform within Sber. We manage over 230 Petabytes of data and around a hundred products and services for clients. We create our own platform builds as part of vendor substitution and actively collaborate with all Sber units to solve their business problems: our users have already created over 6500 data marts.
SberData implements best practices for working with data, reduces data storage costs, increases data retrieval speed, and implements AI technologies. Our solutions are used by over 30 thousand people.
Responsibilities
- coordinates descriptions, plans, and criteria for the effective implementation of products, services, components, and processes
- consolidates and prioritizes business requirements, manages customer expectations
- ensures effective feedback from the functional unit: satisfaction with plan implementation and their impact on the unit's goals
- organizes meetings of stakeholders to achieve the unit's objectives
- informs the customer about implementation risks, jointly develops risk response plans, and coordinates them with the customer
- assists in consolidating information from the Unit necessary for SberData to implement plans
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in similar positions (Account Management, Customer Success, Project Management)
- Higher education: IT, economics, management, or related fields
- experience in preparing commercial proposals and product/service presentations
- proficiency in project goal-setting methods and KPI metrics for performance evaluation
- good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile approaches
- basic knowledge of SQL and business intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
Will be a plus:
- having project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master).
