We are looking for a CJE for ecosystem development in the "Children and Youth Segment" Management
Responsibilities
- forming and developing the Prime product line for children, parents, and youth
- forming and developing the DZO Ecosystem product line for children, parents, and youth
- creating and developing children's digital assistants on ecosystem surfaces, managing cross-ecosystem integrations
- forming and controlling the implementation of segment orders for related teams and companies within Sber's ecosystem for the development of children, teenage, and youth direction.
Requirements
- higher education
- at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- ability to manage a product/project end-to-end
- negotiation and communication skills
- ability to analyze the market and develop brand strategy
- experience interacting with external and internal partners, as well as with cross-functional teams of the Bank
- knowledge of the digital market, analysis of trends and technologies
- stress resistance
- readiness for multitasking
- ability to use neural networks in daily work.
