Description
The team is engaged in creating and implementing a project to introduce a mechanism for individual pricing for bank and ecosystem clients.
Responsibilities
- detailed presentation of the project, its value, and roadmap to internal "customers"
- advocating for the project's interests and overcoming organizational barriers
n* creating, maintaining, and continuously updating the backlog
- prioritizing tasks in accordance with the project strategy, capabilities of product factories, and expected business value
- controlling deadlines and aligning release plans
- jointly setting measurable common KPIs and goals
- monitoring progress and results, analyzing deviations
- organizing regular reporting
- building and maintaining long-term trust-based relationships with key stakeholders
- organizing and conducting working groups and demo sessions
- resolving all operational and organizational issues with colleagues from product factories.
Requirements
- minimum three years of project or product management experience
- deep understanding of digital product development processes
- skills in task prioritization and backlog management
- ability to set and monitor the execution of KPIs and OKRs
- developed communication and presentation skills
- experience interacting with technical and product teams
- ability to build effective communication with stakeholders at various levels
- willingness to take responsibility for results and make decisions under uncertainty
- structured approach, systems thinking, and attention to detail.
