Description
We are looking for an Executive Director to build and develop the risk management system for international Small and Medium Business (SMB) and the retail segment in India. You will develop credit and non-financial products, implement modern decision-making approaches, automate processes, and work closely with the regulator. This position involves active participation in building a team and developing new business lines in one of the key markets.
Responsibilities
Your tasks will include:
- developing and implementing the SMB and retail risk management strategy for the Indian direction
- defining requirements for the credit process, creating decision-making strategies, and leading automation projects (client role)
- participating in data collection from Indian providers to build risk assessment models
- forming test portfolios, monitoring and analyzing risk metrics and performance indicators
- deep study and implementation of the regulatory requirements of the Reserve Bank of India, participation in audits and negotiations with regulators
- organizing regular reporting and preparing analytical materials for management.
Requirements
We expect from the candidate:
- higher education
- 8+ years of experience in SMB and/or retail risk management
- practical experience working in international teams in English
- Advanced level of English
- process organization skills, confident work with large data sets, and portfolio analysis
- implemented projects on automating decision-making processes (preferably with international vendors or integrators)
- ability to independently build a team and develop business lines in India.
