We are looking for a manager to join our Africa desk team at Sberbank International with a focus on Mozambique and Angola.

participating in the development of Sber's business development strategy for the assigned international direction (focus on Mozambique and Angola)
ensuring control, monitoring, and risk management in the unit's work with counterparties from the assigned countries
preparing reports, presentations, and draft work plans for the unit's areas of activity
participating in negotiations and presentations to partners and clients
organizing events, client meetings, and communications for the assigned direction
preparing requests to Russian and foreign government bodies regarding the preparation and holding of forums, exhibitions, conferences
ensuring monitoring of the achievement of business goals and results
performing control and improvement of the quality of services provided

higher education: economics/finance/business/marketing/public administration
knowledge of foreign languages (fluent English and Portuguese are mandatory)
practical experience working with counterparties from Angola, Mozambique and/or Brazil
understanding of regional specifics, socio-economic situation of African countries and their business environment
interest in technological products, understanding of their development and sales cycles
experience in preparing analytical reports and presentations
