We are looking for a Partner Program Launch Manager who will be responsible for launching a partner and referral program in India to attract corporate clients and exporters.
• Researching potential partners, determining partner types;
• Developing a partnership model and a reward model;
• Formulating a Value Proposition for partners and product packaging;
• Developing the CJM for the partner, referral, and customer;
• Developing the process for interacting with the partner;
• Initiating the development of contractual framework;
• Formulating the vision and BR for the architecture of the partner channel's personal account (LK);
• Participating in the development of the partner channel's marketing strategy;
• Creating instructions and training Branch employees, forming a knowledge base;
• Piloting, collecting feedback, and scaling;
• Determining key project quality metrics;
• Creating project dashboards;
• Creating a partner validation model and mechanism.
• Higher education;
• English language from B1 level (confident conversational with business vocabulary);
• Successful experience in corporate sales for over 9 years;
• Successful practical experience in launching partner and referral programs;
• High level of self-discipline and work capacity;
• Successful and proven experience in project work for corporate clients;
• Experience interacting with agile teams as a business customer;
• Proven experience in launching and successfully completing pilot projects in CIB;
• Experience organizing sales to corporate clients;
• Knowledge of foreign economic activity (FEA) products will be your advantage.
