The team of the Cashless Solutions Management for the Moscow Public Sector will welcome a Project Manager to its ranks. Key focus: card products in the 'Children' and 'Youth' segments. Additional: acquiring, payments
Responsibilities
- Developing relationships with subordinate institutions of the Moscow Government, creating and maintaining a regular agenda with the Departments
- Managing and developing the portfolio of ongoing projects with the aim of increasing the Bank's profit
- Searching for and initiating the launch of new projects with the Departments of Moscow
- Managing projects from idea creation to implementation: describing the idea, creating the concept, justifying economic efficiency, defending at all levels, creating and maintaining a roadmap, creating and managing working groups, organizing all necessary events
- Performing the role of 'voice of the market' and 'customer' for the Bank's product divisions
- Interacting with cross-functional and product teams within the Bank
- Preparing materials and regular project reporting for the Top Management level
Requirements
- Higher education (economics, finance, management)
- High expertise in bank card products
- Expertise in acquiring and payments in bank channels as an advantage
- Equal proficiency in financial calculations, business communications, and the technical component of projects
- Proven experience in sales of banking or complex IT products, project implementation
- Experience in managing long-term projects with a duration of 6 or more months
- Experience in preparing negotiation positions and conducting complex negotiations at the TOP level (GR as an advantage)
- High level of vision, independence, and initiative
