The Mortgage Lending and Service Development team of Domclick is looking for an active and motivated employee for the position of
Partner Relationship Development Manager.
We are looking for creative and energetic specialists ready to build long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with key real estate market participants.
Domclick is an online service for searching, buying, selling, managing, renting real estate, and securely conducting housing transactions.
Responsibilities
What you will do:
- regularly conduct meetings, negotiations, and coordinate terms of cooperation with the Bank's partners in the real estate sector
- organize and conduct marketing campaigns together with the Bank's partners
- organize sales of credit products through the partner channel for mortgage lending
- attract partners to place real estate listings on the Domclick showcase, in order to ensure the generation of applications from individuals for a mortgage loan
- analyze the housing lending market, identify and attract new partners, develop individual cooperation programs, provide service support and follow-up
Requirements
We expect that you:
- have a higher education (economics, finance)
- are ready to visit the Bank's partners within the territory of Magnitogorsk
- have work experience in the financial-banking, insurance sector, or retail business from 1 year
- possess methodologies for direct and cross-selling through a partner channel
- have successful experience in negotiations and business communications, the skill of developing partner relationships
- possess knowledge of housing lending processes, additional Bank services and products within mortgage lending
- demonstrate customer-centricity, systems thinking, and confidence in achieving results
- are ready to use AI in daily work (company-funded training — we have our own courses)
