Description
We are seeking an active and goal-oriented Partner Relationship Development Manager, who will be responsible for attracting new partners, developing existing relationships, and increasing sales volumes of banking products through the partner network. You will work on creating and implementing strategies for developing the partner network, managing key clients, and monitoring the execution of sales plans.
Responsibilities
- development and implementation of a strategy for attracting new partners and developing the existing partner base
- conducting negotiations with potential partners, concluding contracts and agreements
- managing relationships with key partners, ensuring a high level of service, and promptly resolving emerging issues
- market and competitive analysis, preparing proposals for improving cooperation terms
- participation in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns together with partners
- training and consulting partners on the use of banking products and services.
Requirements
- experience in sales or marketing
- negotiation skills, ability to persuade and argue one's position
- analytical abilities, ability to work with large volumes of information
- excellent communication skills, ability to build long-term relationships with partners
- higher education in economics, finance, or marketing
- willingness to use AI in daily work (training at the company's expense — there are in-house courses).
