Description
The project is aimed at creating a specialized Center of Excellence for B2B solutions development based on artificial intelligence technologies.
The Center's key area of activity currently is the development and scaling of products based on Generative AI (GenAI) for corporate clients. The main focus is on creating applied tools and services integrated with the company's flagship product, GigaChat, with the goal of promoting its capabilities in the corporate segment.
Responsibilities
- Developing strategic partnerships.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with the company's key partners: system integrators, resellers, and distributors. Ensuring their engagement in the company's ecosystem and achieving mutually beneficial results.
- Organizing and controlling the achievement of planned indicators for partner network development. Coordinating partner activities, providing assistance in achieving target KPIs and increasing sales volumes.
- Analyzing the effectiveness of the partner network.
- Regularly monitoring partners' performance results, analyzing key performance indicators. Preparing proposals to improve partner channel productivity and adjust interaction strategy.
- Attracting new partners.
- Improving procedures for integrating partners into the company's ecosystem.
Requirements
- Higher education in marketing, economics, or business management.
- Successful experience in building and developing partnership relationships with large system integrators and vendors.
- Deep understanding of the specifics of the licensed software market and practices of working with corporate clients.
- Developed communication skills, ability to conduct high-complexity negotiations with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Focus on continuous development and improvement of partner interaction processes, initiative in searching for more effective solutions.
- Proficiency with AI tools.
