What you will do:

• resolve emerging issues related to the operation of the Sber ecosystem services.

Requirements

We expect you to:

• write and speak competently
• be willing to help partners and solve tasks of varying scales
• be willing to use AI in daily work (company-funded training — we have our own courses).

Work experience in customer service or a contact center will be an advantage.
