Responsibilities

· Answer calls and messages in chats from corporate clients

· Help each client resolve issues regarding Sber's products and services

· Suggest suitable service solutions for business.

Requirements

· You are still studying or have already graduated from college or university

· Friendly and willing to help

· Willing to develop and learn the intricacies of our processes

· Willing to use AI in daily work (company-funded training — we have our own courses).
