Responsibilities

• communicate with clients via phone and chat, helping them use the online bank
• provide consultation on any issues related to working with Sberbank Business Online
• help clients understand why their account balance is displayed incorrectly or they are unable to log into their personal account.

• you are still studying or have already graduated from college or university
• you are friendly and willing to help
• you are ready to develop and learn the intricacies of our processes.
