Responsibilities
- handle calls and messages in chats from corporate clients
- help each client resolve issues regarding Sber's products and services
- propose suitable service solutions for business.
Requirements
- you are still studying or have already graduated from college or university
- are friendly and ready to help
- ready to develop and learn the intricacies of our processes
- ready to use AI in daily work (company-funded training — we have our own courses).
Experience in customer service or working with legal entities will be a plus.
