Responsibilities
What you will do:
- accept calls and messages in chats from corporate clients
- help each client resolve issues regarding Sber's products and services
- suggest suitable service solutions for business.
Requirements
We expect you to:
- be still studying or have already graduated from college or university
- be friendly and ready to help
- be ready to develop and study the intricacies of our processes
- be ready to use AI in daily work (company-funded training — we have our own courses).
Experience in customer service or working with legal entities will be a plus.
