Responsibilities
What you need to do:
- take calls and messages in chats from corporate clients
- help each client resolve issues regarding Sber's products and services
- offer the bank's products and suitable service solutions for business.
Requirements
We expect that you:
- have completed college or university (or are studying in your final year, or via distance learning)
- are ready to work in a phone support mode
- are ready to develop and learn the intricacies of our processes
- are ready to use AI in daily work (company-funded training — we have our own courses).
Experience in sales, with legal entities, and/or experience in client consulting will be an advantage.
