Responsibilities

·  receiving calls and messages in chats from corporate clients

·  helping each client resolve issues regarding Sber's products and services

·  offering suitable service solutions for businesses.

Requirements

· still studying or have already graduated from college or university

· friendly and willing to help

· willing to develop and learn the intricacies of our processes

· willing to use AI in daily work (company-funded training — we have our own courses).
