Responsibilities

- take calls and messages in chats from corporate clients
- help each client resolve an issue with Sber's products and services
- offer suitable service solutions for businesses.
Requirements
We expect that you:
- are still studying or have already graduated from college or university
- are friendly and ready to help
- are ready to develop and study the intricacies of our processes
- are ready to use AI in daily work (company-funded training — we have our own courses).
Experience working with clients or legal entities will be a plus.
