What you will do:
– service and support assigned clients in Investment Portfolio and Daily Banking;
– conduct meetings, presentations, support deals, manage the portfolio;
– build long-term relationships with clients and track key events in their contracts;
– interact with Financial Advisors and Operational Managers;
– make client visits, prepare documents, maintain documentation;
– ensure a premium level of service, including handling inquiries and interacting with compliance.
We expect you to:
– be a specialist with a higher education in finance, economics, or banking
– be able to guide a client from the first contact to post-sale support
– possess experience working with banking products and services
– be ready for a high degree of responsibility and accuracy
– be able to build trusting relationships and act proactively
– want to develop in premium service and influence client loyalty
– have basic knowledge of working with artificial intelligence (e.g., GigaChat).
