Responsibilities
What you will do:
- service and support assigned clients in the Investment Portfolio and Daily Banking areas
- conduct meetings, presentations, support transactions, manage the portfolio
- build long-term relationships with clients and track key events in their contracts
- interact with Financial Advisors and Operational Managers
- conduct field visits, prepare documents, maintain a pre-documentation base
- provide premium-level service, including support for inquiries and interaction with compliance.
Requirements
We expect that you:
- are a specialist with a higher education in finance, economics, or banking
- can manage a client from the first contact through post-sales support
- possess experience with banking products and services
- are ready for a high degree of responsibility and accuracy
- can build trusting relationships and act proactively
- want to develop in premium service and influence client loyalty
- have basic knowledge of working with artificial intelligence (e.g., GigaChat).
