Responsibilities
- service and support assigned clients in the Investment Portfolio and Daily Banking areas
- conduct meetings, presentations, accompany deals, manage the portfolio
- build long-term relationships with clients and track key events in their contracts
- interact with Financial Advisors and Operational Managers
- conduct site visits, prepare documents, maintain the documentation base
- ensure premium-level service, including support for inquiries and interaction with compliance.
Requirements
- specialist with a higher education degree in finance, economics, or banking
- able to manage a client from first contact to post-sale support
- possess experience with banking products and services
- ready for a high degree of responsibility and accuracy
- able to build trusting relationships and act proactively
- want to develop in premium servicing and influence client loyalty
- have basic knowledge of working with artificial intelligence (e.g., GigaChat).
