– Serve and support assigned clients in the Investment Portfolio and Daily Banking areas
– Conduct meetings, presentations, facilitate deals, manage portfolios
– Build long-term relationships with clients and track key events in their contracts
– Collaborate with Financial Advisors and Operations Managers
– Conduct visits, prepare documents, maintain a pre-document database
– Ensure premium-level service, including handling inquiries and interacting with compliance.
– Be a specialist with a higher education in finance, economics, or banking
– Know how to guide a client from the first contact to post-sales support
– Have experience working with banking products and services
– Be ready for a high level of responsibility and accuracy
– Know how to build trusting relationships and act proactively
– Want to develop in premium service and influence client loyalty
– Have basic knowledge of working with artificial intelligence (e.g., GigaChat).
