– service and support assigned clients in the Investment Portfolio and Daily Banking areas
– conduct meetings, presentations, support deals, manage the portfolio
– build long-term relationships with clients and track key events in their contracts
– interact with Financial Advisors and Operations Managers
– travel to clients, prepare documents, maintain a pre-documentation database
– ensure premium-level service, including handling inquiries and interacting with compliance.
– a specialist with a higher education in finance, economics, or banking
– able to guide a client from first contact to post-sale support
– possess experience working with banking products and services
– ready for a high level of responsibility and accuracy
– able to build trusting relationships and act proactively
– want to develop in premium service and influence customer loyalty
– have basic knowledge of working with artificial intelligence (e.g., GigaChat).
