– service and support assigned clients in Investment Portfolio and Daily Banking areas
– conduct meetings, presentations, support deals, manage portfolio
– build long-term relationships with clients and track key events in their contracts
– interact with Financial Advisors and Operational Managers
– make visits, prepare documents, maintain pre-documentation base
– provide premium level service, including support of inquiries and interaction with compliance.
– specialist with higher education in finance, economics, or banking
– able to guide a client from the first contact to post-sales support
– possess experience working with banking products and services
– ready for a high degree of responsibility and accuracy
– able to build trusting relationships and act proactively
– want to develop in premium service and influence customer loyalty
– have basic knowledge of working with artificial intelligence (e.g., GigaChat)
