Responsibilities
What you'll do:
- support clients in investment direction and help in selecting solutions
- conduct meetings, presentations, portfolio rebalancing, promote new products
- work in tandem with a Personal Banker and the Daily Banking team
- maintain the client database, provide analytical materials
- ensure a high level of service, promptly resolve inquiries
- conduct identification, advise on operations with securities, currency, metals.
Requirements
We expect you:
- are a specialist with a higher education in finance, economics, or banking
- have experience in investment consulting or financial planning
- understand the stock market, insurance, and banking products
- are ready to develop trust and long-term relationships with clients
- can work with analytics and find solutions for individual goals
- demonstrate client-centricity, systematic thinking, and confidence in results
- have basic knowledge of working with artificial intelligence (e.g., GigaChat).
