Responsibilities

What you will do:

• form clear product requirements based on analysis of business needs
• design user stories to increase user convenience and improve product functionality
• conduct product pilots and be responsible for its scaling
• analyze data and prepare insights for product development
• prepare presentations for managers, project teams, and top management.

Requirements

What is important for us:

• higher education
• experience in developing and implementing HR Tech products from 4 years (in the fields of T&D, C&B, etc.)
• experience working with data and metrics
• skills in preparing management presentations
• skills in applying AI in professional activities (for example, Gigachat, Kandinsky).

An additional advantage will be:

• experience in HR consulting.
