Description
At SberData, we are building a data platform for the entire Sber. This includes over 350 data sources and 100+ PB of information, ordering and receiving data in 15 minutes, and a modern technology stack for working with data. SDP.Ozone is an Apache Ozone build adapted for Sber, which we developed to build a modern LakeHouse with separate compute and storage.
Responsibilities
Tasks:
- Organizing and maintaining the product delivery and replication process
- Building interactions with clients and internal customers
- Managing the product delivery and quality control process in PROD
- Creating releases in Jira and controlling their approval
- Setting up environments and creating/coordinating Maintenance Work Requests (MWR) using release documentation
- Configuring test environments and coordinating installation works for releases, testing of related systems
- Controlling the correctness and completeness of accompanying documentation
- Timely creation of orders and their approval
- Planning and organizing interactions with related teams.
Requirements
- Experience working with distributed data storage systems (Hadoop, S3-compatible storage)
- Skills in working with Jira and similar task management systems
- Experience in preparing technical documentation and controlling its quality
- Ability to build communication between technical and business units
- Skills in planning and coordinating cross-team projects
- Understanding and coordinating the testing process of related systems
- Understanding of pre-release/post-release action (test) procedures.
