SberData is responsible for developing the data platform at Sber. We have over 230 Petabytes of data and about a hundred products and services for clients. We create our own platform builds within the framework of vendor import substitution and actively collaborate with all Sber's business units to solve their business tasks: our users have already created over 6,500 data marts.
SberData implements best practices for working with data, reduces data storage costs, increases data retrieval speed, and implements AI technologies. Over 30 thousand people use our solutions.
Responsibilities
Tasks:
- forming the vision and developing platform products (based on Spark, Ozone, Kubernetes) for internal customers
- improving customer journeys for users of platform products
- forming and prioritizing the backlog of technical teams
- organizing pilot implementations and conducting user testing
- building product cost models
- defining and managing metrics for platform products, including their calculation and visualization.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years in the role of PO/PM/Engineering manager
- experience managing infrastructure or platform products, preferably in the field of data management
- understanding of platform economics and the basics of distributed systems
- experience working with B2B or internal platforms
Will be a plus:
- experience working in a distributed systems environment
- Desired tech stack: Apache Ozone (S3-compatible) / HDFS, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Apache Spark, Flink or similar
