What tasks await you

Product Delivery Management You will be responsible for the predictable delivery of one of the key products, coordinate the work of a cross-functional team, synchronize adjacent teams, and eliminate technical and process obstacles. Your goal is to turn ideas into working code on time, while controlling the completeness and consistency of requirements.

Facilitation and Elaboration of Technical Solutions You will organize and moderate sessions with the product and technical team, turning product hypotheses into technical solutions. Your task is to deeply immerse yourself in the architecture and become a reliable link between vision and implementation.

We expect that you

• Have coordinated or managed cross-functional development teams
• Have experience in development or systems analysis
• Work with product requirements: analyze, ask clarifying questions, identify hidden dependencies
• Understand the principles and application areas of modern stacks (Kafka, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL) and trends (IoT, ML, CV)
• Act as a facilitator in technical discussions, help the team ask the right questions, and document decisions

It will be a plus

• Have experience in robotics, IoT, or distributed systems
• Are familiar with our stack: Java, Kafka, ClickHouse, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL
