Project Manager in the Delivery Robots Division

Autonomous transport is a promising and technologically complex field at Yandex, one of Russia's most innovative companies. Our delivery robots are already delivering groceries and prepared meals to users.

We are scaling the service, increasing its availability and economic efficiency. We are looking for an experienced specialist who will take charge of developing the charging infrastructure for our autonomous fleet.

What tasks await you

Project Management You will be responsible for managing projects: controlling task completion, coordinating team work, managing resources, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring goal achievement.

Infrastructure Development You will initiate and lead projects for expanding and modernizing the charging infrastructure, coordinate cross-team work, control task deadlines, and resource allocation.

Partner Search and Onboarding You will find the best market offers to meet the needs of the autonomous delivery robot fleet, participate in negotiations, and develop a strategy for partner interaction.

Process Optimization You will develop, implement, and adapt processes to increase the efficiency of the autonomous fleet operations team.

We expect you to

• Know how to manage projects, coordinate processes, and control deadlines
• Can build effective interaction with outsourcing companies
• Are capable of structuring large volumes of information, identifying the main points, and establishing connections, professionally decomposing tasks
• Possess excellent communication skills and can present your work
• Know how to work in cross-team collaboration
• Make decisions quickly and can justify them, confidently adapt to changes
• Are ready to take responsibility for the key goals entrusted to you

• Have a technical and analytical background
• Have experience in the field of charging infrastructure
• Work well with technical documentation
