Project Manager for Client Experience
Our team is looking for a project manager who will act as a link between multiple streams, businesses, and teams.
You will manage a large portfolio of diverse initiatives—from automation and quality to budget and new technological directions—be responsible for leading several projects simultaneously, maintain focus, conduct negotiations, and bring projects to completion.
Managing the project portfolio and supporting status transparency Consolidate the entire project landscape across streams of different business directions. Form and maintain a unified status for projects: goals, deadlines, commitments, risks, issues. Ensure regular and clear communication for project participants and key stakeholders.
Advancing cross-functional initiatives Launch and support a large number of diverse projects. Build agreements in conditions of complex intersections of interests. Push projects through the process, synchronization, and decision-making.
Budgeting, automation, and strategic initiatives Work on cost optimization: expediency, logic, reductions. Support and develop automation initiatives across all streams. Consider strategic priorities and the quality of client experience.
