Project Manager

Yandex Uzbekistan is looking for a Project Manager. You will help us expand our business in the country, strengthen relationships with partners, and achieve new results.

Your Tasks

Project Implementation You will be responsible for implementing projects that will improve and develop the entire product portfolio in the country: seeking new sources of profit, synergies, and opportunities for optimization. You will be expected to independently manage projects from structuring the task to obtaining the final result.

Team Interaction You will interact with the CEO of Yandex Uzbekistan, heads of services (Taxi, Food, Delivery, and others) and functions (marketing, PR, GR, and others) in the country, conduct negotiations, defend your ideas, and find compromises for mutually beneficial cooperation.

Data Analysis You will analyze data on markets, competitors, products, and the company's financial results, identify problems and deviations, and help management make informed decisions.

We Expect You To Have

• Worked in a similar position
• Be able to structure information and possess an analytical mindset
• Have excellent communication skills and be able to present your ideas
• Be able to think strategically, consider details, and not lose sight of the big picture
• Be capable of working with a large volume of information

It Will Be a Plus If You

• Have worked in consulting (Big 3, Big 4) or in-house strategy
• Have implemented cross-functional projects with a large number of stakeholders
