Project Manager (Middle) at Yandex Mezhgorod (Kazakhstan)

What tasks await you

Route and Country Development You will participate in launching and developing new routes and countries: analyze markets, test the product, initiate and launch projects that will help increase the service's key metrics. User metrics include the number of trips, conversion to order and trip, number of new users, CAC. Driver metrics include conversion to order acceptance and successful pickup, number of new drivers, frequency.

Partner Interaction You will interact with taxi fleets and partners, collect feedback, control service quality, and optimize processes.

Implementation of Attraction Strategies You will participate in implementing strategies to attract users and drivers, coordinate the launch of initiatives, track key metrics, and adapt approaches to the specifics of regions.

Research and Hypothesis Testing You will conduct qualitative and quantitative research: collect data (surveys, interviews, analytics), formulate and test hypotheses through experiments, analyze results, and make decisions on scaling solutions.

Team Collaboration You will collaborate with analytics, marketing, development, and operations teams: coordinate experiments and launches, exchange data and insights, synchronize plans, and solve operational issues to achieve common goals.

We expect you to have

• Worked with digital projects in a similar position for 1–2 years
• Structured information and analyzed data in Excel and Google Sheets at an advanced level
• Independently managed tasks and worked in a team
• Proficiency in Kazakh and Russian languages
• Knowledge of Python and SQL (preferred)
• Prepared presentations for top management (preferred)
• Conducted negotiations with partners (preferred)
• Understand business processes in B2C (preferred)

Will be a plus

• Possess a Category B driver's license
• Proficiency in English at the level of reading professional literature
