The international projects team of the finance department is looking for an energetic and talented manager. We are responsible for the financial and technical framework of launched services or products and work closely with legal, tax, accounting teams, as well as financial platform development, treasury, and payments teams.

You will be responsible for these components in all processes taking place on our markets and in our products.

What tasks await you

Full-cycle project management You will oversee service launches and their monetization, implement new functionality into existing products in our countries of presence. You will need to optimize business and financial processes or expenses: from drafting project plans to monitoring their implementation.

Development of schemes and processes You will gather and describe requirements from internal stakeholders, help build an optimal business model, and work with legal, tax, financial, and accounting teams to develop requirements for the implementation of the launched project. You will need to describe and agree on technical specifications for the technical development group, as well as for financial, billing systems, and product teams.

Cross-functional collaboration You will need to work closely with various teams—from finance and accounting to development. It is important to be able to work in rapidly changing conditions and in an international context.

• Have managed projects with a large number of stakeholders
• Understand the principles of modern business models, monetization, cash flow
• Have an understanding of the contractual and tax-legal framework of business processes, understand basic accounting principles
• Think analytically, be able to conduct business analysis of a project
• Be fluent in English
• Be proactive, communicative, and show initiative
• Be thoughtful, meticulous, and attentive to detail
