Project Manager at Electro

What tasks await you

Project Management You will initiate, structure, and manage full-cycle cross-functional projects — from formulating business goals and hypotheses to implementing and scaling solutions. You will be responsible for moving projects forward in conditions of high uncertainty, resolving priority conflicts, and being personally accountable for achieving measurable business impact.

Market Analysis and Identifying Growth Points You will conduct deep market and competitive environment analysis, identify business growth opportunities, develop, and defend business cases for new initiatives with financial calculations and investment attractiveness assessments. You will establish a system of metrics for key initiatives, work with internal and external data, build analytical models, and ensure decisions are made based on data, not just hypotheses.
