Strategic Project Manager

Delivery and Experiments is the team that has already launched and grown several businesses (express, freight delivery, next-day delivery) and continues to launch new directions (for example, the Zabora service - a new type of insurance, and Umo electric cars).

We continue our active growth and are therefore looking for a strong project manager with a product-analytical approach to problem-solving, who will search for new business ideas, manage large cross-functional projects, and build scalable processes at the company level.

What tasks await you

Find growth points and launch new product directions You will conduct market research to find sources of exponential business growth and subsequently launch new products.

Manage complex end-to-end projects from idea to launch You will drive complex cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and achievement of the target result.

Build scalable processes in the company You will have to establish company-wide processes such as implementing OKRs, transitioning to product teams, and much more.

We expect that you

• Have worked for more than two years in consulting/in-house strategy, e-commerce, or a startup
• Have experience managing complex cross-functional projects
• Do not stop until the task is solved, are ready to drive project development and be accountable for results
• Think critically, capable of considering a task from different angles
