What tasks await you

Strategic business development management You will lead projects aimed at finding new revenue sources, improving organizational efficiency, and expanding our services in Russian and international markets. Additionally, you will manage cross-functional teams, launch services in new countries, cities, and tariff zones, and develop new business areas considering the company's needs.

We expect that you

• Have more than two years of experience in project management or product management, investment banking services, private equity, or consulting
• Have a higher technical or economic education
• Have managed large-scale projects and worked on tasks with competing priorities, especially under tight deadlines
• Can inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve results
• Know how to turn chaos into a clear structure and systematize data
• Love solving analytical tasks, building models, and relying on data in your work
• See the big picture while not missing the details
• Work effectively in constantly changing conditions and adapt quickly to changes
