Project Manager for Advertising Development in Maps

Yandex is one of the leaders in the online advertising market. More than 90 million Russians use Yandex Maps every month. We are actively developing the advertising direction in this service.

Our business is growing, and we need an experienced project manager. You will launch and manage commercial projects aimed at increasing the number of clients and overall revenue.

What tasks await you

Project Management You will research the market, find growth points and possible solutions to increase advertising revenue in Maps. It will also be necessary to launch projects quickly, manage several projects in parallel, be responsible for their deadlines and key metrics (revenue, clients), and report to stakeholders.

Process Management You will analyze, optimize, and control business processes within the department: conduct audits, model processes, identify bottlenecks and develop solutions to improve efficiency, implement changes, coordinate the interaction of related departments, document procedures, and track KPIs.

Work with cross-functional teams You will build interaction with several related departments to successfully implement your ideas: work with marketing, support, analytics, product, sales, finance, and other teams.

We expect you

• Have at least two years of project management experience in consulting, customer service, or sales and have successful cases
• Know how to build financial models for projects and defend them
• Understand user and business needs and know how to turn them into new projects
• Have participated in business process optimization projects or managed such projects
• Are willing to study a large volume of information

Will be a plus

• Have managed projects in the field of online advertising or IT
• Are familiar with SQL and BI analytics
