Project Manager

We are responsible for developing and populating Yandex's advertising price list: display and performance advertising, including Yandex services. We also develop, formulate, and implement rules and conditions for executing new commercial programs and projects aimed at increasing sales and client growth.

What tasks await you

Development of commercial projects You will be tasked with creating commercial projects or improving existing ones for the development of Yandex clients.

Balance between client and Yandex interests You will need to assess project profitability, its market demand, as well as develop and anticipate risks.

Data analysis You will work with data and identify client growth points for further development of programs aimed at achieving maximum efficiency.

Cross-team projects You will unify and lead projects from idea to implementation with related services and departments, jointly search for growth points and implement new initiatives so that sales grow and clients are satisfied.

We expect that you

• Have worked in internet advertising for more than two years
• Know display and performance tools, understand the key metrics advertisers use to analyze them
• Are proficient in MS Excel, MS Word
• Can optimize processes and create new ones
• Have worked with cross-functional teams: product managers, lawyers, tax specialists, marketing, analysts, etc.
• Adapt quickly to changes
• Are results-oriented, energetic, and proactive
• Are attentive to details, strive to understand the essence of things and immerse yourself in processes
• Can quickly understand a problem and propose possible solutions
• Are prepared for multitasking, can work with a large volume of information, meet deadlines, and plan your time
